I found this pic on a website for a contest to win a pack trip through Australia and I just had to draw it. It came out pretty well, I think, considering I'd never drawn that angle before. I think this is one of my new favorites.

I like this one. I think the mouth is a little off, and he's supposed to be a dapple grey, but my effort in his coloring was slim to none. All in all it came out better than I thought it would.

Originally I made this for a belt buckle design. They didn't like it but the shading is some of the best I've done so it remains a favorite.

The second idea I had for the belt buckle, but those people were far too picky. You can see the lines from the marker I used. Blame my scanner...you can't see them in the original. I like the overall feel of this one, but the cowboy could use some work. My focus was the horse.

On the last day of high school my teacher told me he had extra paint. With nothing else to do I started doodling, and this just made itself. Considering I don't use paint, I think it came out really well for being an impulsive piece.

An art assignment. We had to use only black and white. I used a tattoo I won at an arcade as reference. Nothing special about it, I just think it's interesting.

My scanner sucks. That's why it looks like crap, besides the fact I think the tail is a little weird. Damn scanner.

This is a really old one (like 4 years...) but for some reason I still like it. There's some confrimation and anatomy issues, but anatomy and I have never gotten along.

There was a time when this was my favorite piece. Now I'm toying with taking it down. The eye is lost and there's just something about it that bugs me. I still like the mane, though.
